MEDINA, Ohio – 111 Bistro is continuing its series of wine dinners with one that will feature Huneeus Wines.
Dinner is 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 30.
Courses
• Citrus, Kalamata, garbanzo, peach fennel. Wine: Illumination Sauvignon Blanc, $49.99.
• Almond-crusted branzino, apricot sauce. Wine: Flowers Chardonnay, Sonoma, $39.99.
• Mushroom ravioli, squash, sage. Wine: Benton Lane Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon, $29.99.
• Braised lamb, sweet-potato cake, whipped yogurt. Wine: Leviathan (Napa) red blend, $49.99.
• Steak, celery-root puree, demi. Wine: Faust The Pact Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa, $124.99.
Cost is $75 ($50 without wine).
Huneeus counts six wineries in its collection:
• Faust
• Flowers Vineyards and Winery
All are California wineries with the exception of Benton Lane, which is based in Oregon.
