Kou-Yo
Ingredients
Roku: 45 ml
Honey water: 20 ml
Orange juice: 40 ml
Lime juice: 25 ml
Sansho pepper powder: A pinch for garnish
Method
– Mix all the ingredients together and shake
– Strain into glass. Garnish and serve

Ingredients
Roku Gin: 45 ml
Matcha: 1/2 tsp
Matcha syrup: 1 tsp
Cold water: 45 ml
Method
– Mix all the ingredients together
– Stir and pour into glass
