Mikkeller Brewing
Your duties shall be but not limited to the following:
- Ensure the implementation of all sales and marketing programs for the entire portfolio
- Work with the Windy City Distributing team to communicate available beers and balance the supply of limited release beers with year round beers in market
- Focus on selling products and/or upgrading number of product lines across retail channels
- Identify target accounts with high affinity to the Mikkeller portfolio
- Conduct wait-staff / bartender educations, beer tastings and beer dinners
- Ensure merchandising standards are upheld on and off premise
- Plan and execute on-premise promotions as permitted (note: evenings; weekend festivals)
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key accounts both on and off premise.
- Be responsible for the allocation and use of point-of-sale materials
- Collect data (e.g. pricing, distribution) as required and record and house this data in KARMA (VIP)
- Compile and submit reports required for the sales division
- Operate within budget and use budget to build sales success
- Observe all state and federal laws pertaining to the sale, merchandising and promotion of malt beverages
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
