Treasurer ‘wasn’t popping the champagne cork’ amid low unemployment rate

Treasurer Josh Frydenberg “wasn’t popping the champagne cork” despite today’s incredible unemployment numbers, according to Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“Unemployment now down to 4.6 per cent, I mean that’s incredible, that’s the lowest of 13 years,” Mr Bolt said.

“But one big reason it fell so low is that more Australians just gave up even looking for work, total hours worked actually fell.”
