Lobster Tails and Cocktails at Saugus Public Library

The Saugus Public Library issued the following press release

Join the Saugus Public Library for a virtual cooking demonstration with Liz Barbour from The Creative Feast on Tuesday, Aug. 10 at 6:30 p.m.

Barbour will show you how to steam a lobster for the best tasting results. Then she’ll demonstrate how to make a delicious recipe featuring the lobster tail.

Next you’ll need something special to drink with that lobster! Barbour will shake up the perfect cocktail/mocktail to go along with your New England lobster tail recipe.

Barbour has been cooking professionally in the Boston area since 1992 and started The Creative Feast in 2004. She shares her skills as a working chef and entertaining communicator, whose relaxed and humorous attitudes toward food demystify the cooking process.

Sit back and watch while Barbour prepares and presents a delicious treat for you and your friends to enjoy.

Barbour has been to the library many times for cooking demonstrations, and we’re looking forward to welcoming her back again, virtually. This is a free program sponsored by the New Friends of the Saugus Public Library, but registration is required.

To register go to the Saugus Public Library website for the registration link at www.sauguspubliclibrary.org. You will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the demonstration on Zoom.
